I met Sandy properly for the 1st time on the sets of 'Waisa bhi hota hai:Part 2, no we did not become friends immediately, but she made me feel welcome on her set and comfortable, we then started meeting more often and i began to realise that this mad, bounding , loving, friendly retriever 'ish' girl , really has a heart that needs to be looked after....
This was 2002 and we have stayed friends since, we have been through a lot of great times , bad times , funny times , crazy times , pissed off with one another times, but the thing that keeps us together is "there is no bull@##$#!", we both say it like it is, i can truthfully say that she is the only co-actor of Arshad's that is my friend in the true sense of the word and that we genuinely love one another dearly...And so my dear Sandy, making "Honey Chicken with Spaghetti" just for you ,with all my love...

Honey Chicken with Spaghetti
6 big legs of chicken
3 tbs freshly ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
4 kashmiri chillies
2tsp tenderizer
honey
olive oil
salt

250 gms spaghetti
chili flakes
3 pods garlic
olive oil

Wash the chicken pieces very well and make a few grooves in them, add the olive oil, tenderizer, mustard , garam masala and kashmiri chili, salt and massage it very well into the chicken.
Use a good amount of honey over it so that all the chicken has been covered with the golden liquid and a little more , just for fun....
If possible keep it in the fridge overnight or for a minimum 3 hours before cooking.
Pre -heat oven at 200 degrees for half an hour and then bring it down to 170 degrees and cook for an hour or till a blunt knife goes into the leg smoothly, care should be taken to keep it juicy and it should not dry up.
Boil spaghetti and keep aside. When ready to eat add olive oil to a non stick pan and some pounded garlic , then add chili flakes and stir in the spaghetti , till its coated with the olive oil mix, put it onto your plate, put the chicken over it, and call a few friends over, its no fun eating alone...
